Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframes

All orders are shipped via USPS. The order processing timeframe is 7-10 business days. During Holidays and Sales, please allow 10-14 business days for order processing. If any changes or delays occur you will be updated. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive it within 2-8 business days. Please be aware that USPS is currently experiencing delays beyond our control which could cause the normal 2-8 business days to be extended. We are not responsible for these delays.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Please be sure to check your email address at checkout to ensure you receive all order confirmations and shipping notifications. 

Returned Items Due to Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address in which you have provided, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs along with the cost of re-shipping your item(s). We are not responsible for any packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. We will not provide any refunds due to these errors. 

Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you have provided the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS immediately to file a claim.

If you have received your items and they are damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for further information and contact us immediately at info@curlfrodisiac.com with photos so we can work towards a resolution.
